Located in Scarbrough Avenue, the Sunnyside is just a few paces from Skegness Pier and the northern promenade. The property has been carefully renovated, retaining the traditional architecture. We offer room and breakfast accommodation, welcoming all, including families.
The accommodation comprises 10 bedrooms, of which 6 are fully en-suite. All en-suite units are fitted with a small drinks fridges. All rooms are fitted with hair dryers. Double and twin bedded rooms are avaialable.
We have one ground floor suite, comprising a lounge and bedroom with en-suite shower room - (early reservation is essential).
On road car parking is non restricted, pluse we have a car park at the rear of the premisses. Undercover motor cycle and mobility scooter parking is also available.
Residents have own keys without restriction.
